We have franchise operations in over 10 major cities of China. We manage international kindergartens and Dramatic English studios for drama classes in these cities. Hiring over 100 teachers every year, the team is expanding to cope with our rapid growth. Teachers from all over the world come to teach in our Dramatic English studios as well as in our Dramatic English International Kindergartens. We also assign our teachers to teach in our partner schools all over the area.

Immediate Openings 1: NETs as ESL teachers in Beijing primary schools

Job description

• Engage in Oral English teaching and curriculum construction at primary schools in Bejing.
• Curriculum construction;
• Participation in teaching and research activities;
• After-class activities organization;
• 16-20 teaching hours per week.

Qualifications

• A native English speaker, or holding a Bachelor degree or above in an English-speaking country;
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Plus AT LEAST one of the following criteria:

• • Major in Education or TESOL; or
  • Holding qualified English Language Teaching Certificate, such as TEFL, TESL, TESOL, TKT, CELTA etc.; or
  • Two years relative teaching experiences.

Salary and Benefits

• 19,000 RMB (pre-tax) per month;
• 4,000 RMB one-time house allowance for broker’s commission;
• Flights allowance covering one round-trip between homeland and Beijing;
• Chinese social insurance;
• Chinese Legal Holidays, summer and winter vacations with full payment.

Immediate Opening 2: NETs as Early Childhood Teachers in China

Job description

• Teach in Kindergartens in mainland China or Hong Kong
• As English subject teacher or class teacher;
• Write lesson plans, lesson reviews, prepare class materials and do student assessments;
• Teach interest classes in kindergartens;

Qualifications

• A native English speaker, or holding a Bachelor degree or above in an English-speaking country;
• Bachelor degree or above; preferably in early childhood or similar disciplines
• Experience as Class teacher or English teacher in kindergartens preferred but not essential.
• Experience in lesson planning preferred but not essential.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Love to work with children and able to work independently.
• Patient, friendly, outgoing, caring with a passion for educating young children
• Strong Drama/ Music / Piano / Arts background would be an advantage

Salary and Benefits

• From 20,000 HKD (pre-tax) per month or up, depends on experience and qualifications;

Immediate Opening 3: NETs as Drama Teachers in Hong Kong and mainland China

Job description and responsibilities

• Teach English and/or drama classes;
• Directing, assistant producing, adapting and writing shows;
• Preparing and developing teaching and learning materials;
• Conducting and reporting student assessment and evaluation;
• Attending all training and professional development;
• Other reasonable duties as requested by the Employer;
• Visa sponsorship would be provided by the Employer if needed.

Qualifications

• A native English speaker;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Should have experience in teaching small kids;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Possessed education training in drama or musical theatre would be an advantage;
• Holding PGDE/PGCE or other education degree would be an advantage.
